To initiate your return from a purchase within the last 30 days, login to your account, then go to your account dashboard, press "View" under the specific item and click "Request Return''. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase if the products are new, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Items purchased as part of a set may be returned individually, though items purchased as part of a bundle may not be returned individually. Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.
We do not offer call tags. Return postage fees are the customers responsibility.
25% restocking fee will be charged from all non-defective returns.
Can I exchange my order?
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may place a new order for the item you need.
